The club is organised by the Committee who are in charge of organising the games running each rotation, collecting fees and generally ensuring the club runs smoothly and is a good gaming environment for our members.

Each year the Committee stand down at the Clubs AGM to provide the opportunity for other members of the club to run one of the positions. Club members vote as to who they feel should make up the Club Committee.

Committee Meetings are held as necessary and club members will always have the opportunity to attend.

At the clubs last AGM the RPGS Committee was decided as follows:
