I dunno why but I have Warhammer booked as a tentative for this day, but that can't be right.

I can run the old man home on the Saturday, not like I am driving anywhere else that week :|

I am sure your calendar says Star Wars

I am positive that said Warhammer earlier...must have been looking at the wrong day (or my personal secretary does not know the difference between one RPG and the other)

Maybe we need a group calendar?
Fit all these important dates for Dav in it. :D

Technically we have one!

In theory I could start adding home games to it, but it may get even more confusing :p

I suggested hat to Dav and he said no! At least that way everyone knows what's planned for when

Maybe we just need to share Dav's calendar as he's such a social butterfly and in demand?

You would soon get bored of the notifications of where I am and why that he gets on a daily basis! He forgets when I tell him so we have a shared calendar.....He still doesn't always pay attention though.

As Limpit said, we did discuss a group calendar, but I thought the club one was not the place for home games.

Xian: Can we have a sub calendar that people can access

PS: We should move this conversation off of Stuarts thread :|

Yep I can create a sub calendar off the club's, I could make it private, so only people who request access can view/edit it. Then anyone can sync that to their own calendar if they so wish, the same way they can sync the main clubs calendar.

Would that be of use?

I think it would be easier to sort dates fo Sunday games if everyone could see what, if any, game was ready planned. Seeing if we are free one certain date at the moment is easier than searching for dates that we may be about.

Okay, I have created the calendar, but currently have it set to private, we have two choices, I can make it public and post the link here so everyone can access it (people would probably still need to be added to it to allow them to create events), or I can keep it private and anyone who wants to be added can send me a PM and I will grant you full access which will include being able to add events, add other people to share etc, but means any random passerby won't be able to see when we have stuff on.

You can also add individual guests to events as well, using email addresses again, not sure if this would be beneficial either.

The Information Security Manager in me thinks that as this is for events run in peoples homes that we should keep it private.

What does anyone else think?
